This year has been fantastic for apricots, and it’s been fun getting up on the ladder and reaching for the best ones at the top of the tree. Guests have been enjoying fresh apricots before their breakfast, but I have now stewed all the remaining fruit so it will be served on top of my own (secret recipe) bircher muesli.
Sheep update… we now have two new sheep arriving on Friday. So, when they get here, names will be chosen to suit each girl. Can’t wait to post photos for you all to see!
